Instructions for downloading SFDC customized package into an SFDC instance.

  •        Click the link "Please click here to download customized SFDC package" on the "SFDC Details" tab of the installer.

  •        You will be taken to the login page of Login with your SalesForce username and password. Once logged in, the package will be installed into your SalesForce instance.

  •        Click “Install for All Users”.

 On the “Approve Thrird-Party Access” screen ensure all SSL options are selected. Select “Yes grant access” checkbox and continue.

  •        The installation of the app will continue.

  • Installed Packages" page will be shown with the package name listed.

  •        Now enter SFDC user name and password on the "SFDC Details" tab of the installer. Then click Next to create the model.

Please make the following Settings changes in the SFDC instance.

1. White list IP addresses:

a) Search Profiles in the Quick find box. Click Profiles under Manage Users

b) Next click "System Administrator"

c) Go to Login IP Ranges. Click New.

d) Set IP Start Address as and IP End Address as

2. If you get the following error "TLS 1.0 has been disabled in this organization. Please use TLS 1.1 or higher when connecting to Salesforce using https" while connecting to SFDC, then perform the following steps:

 a) Click Setup





b) In the Quick Find bar, type in “Critical Updates” and search for it. Click Critical Updates

c) Find "Require TLS 1.1 or higher for HTTPS connections​" under the “Update Name” column. Click Deactivate.
